This is my card for Patricia's Get Inked HYYCT challenge. I had a great idea for this in the middle of the night a couple of weeks ago, but I've never been able to remember what it was, alas.
Instead, I stamped the flowers, with some masking, then stamped and embossed the foliage. With the masks still on the flowers I used a spray diffuser and some green and blue inks. Oh my goodness, my Winsor & Newton inks are SO old; some of them date back to before I was married, so they're nearly 30 years old. Some of them have changed colour at this stage! Then I removed the masks and coloured the flowers with pencils and a white gel pen.
I stamped the foliage very lightly on the next layer, and this time I did stamp the spatters.
Added a sentiment, sponged the edge of the panel with green, popped up the flower panel on foam dots and that's done.

This is so, so pretty, you've achieved a clean look even with the spritzed ink, which I think is hard to do! I love how you've coloured the flowers, so artistically done!

Love that die cut frame with your intensely coloured flowers (Anemones?)! The lightly splattered and stamped backdrop supports them well. Gorgeous card Sabrina!

Sabrina, your coloring job here is fantastic! The red really pops against the softer background colors, and the filigree frame also sets them off nicely. It's a stunning card!
