I combined today's challenges. Dawn asked that we be 'tickled pink' & do a Christmas card using pink instead of the usual red for the F4A. Robin asked that we use a resist technique for the HYCCT. I chose to do waxed paper resist. I wrinkled waxed paper & ironed that between 2 pieces of glossy white card stock. I then brayered on Pink Piourette & buffed that off leaving this pattern. For my Chrsitmas card I stamped & colored the Hold Family with SN pens. Mary is just PP3, colored at different times so it could blend on itself. I think it worked. I cut with Labels 4 & sponged lightly with BB while still in the die. I like how this turned out.
Thanks ladies for great challenges today &
thanks for stopping by.

Ooh, I love this card!! Your bg turned out wonderfully and I adore that image!!! Nicely colored in pastels to match your bg as well!! What a delightful, brilliant card! Thanks for playing!

Lovely Christmas card showing why we celebrate, Karen. Your bg turned out beautifully and the coloring of the Holy Family is lovely. I like how you did the "shadow" framing to give depth.
