These cards were made for Robin's fun challenge - Resist techniques.
I have used two resist mediums here - clear embossing powder and 3D crystal lacquer. The image was stamped with Versamark, sprinkled with embossing powder then heat set. To add a bit of character to the image I "coloured" in a few leaves, added some stripes and dots with clear 3D crystal lacquer.
I let this dry overnight as the crystal lacquer was pretty thick. Once dry I used sponge daubers to scrub on distress inks. I then cut the image out and mounted it to a 4" x 6" card base.
Thank you for looking. I hope you are joining in the fun of HYCCT. To see the details of this challenge and all the challenges to date, click here .

Oh these are perfect! You are wonferdul at your coloring and creativity on these cards. The added stripes and dots makes each one an individual card not one like another. I love them!

These are just too fun. I love the dots, doodles and bold white against the sponged colored bkg. Each different colored card is a work of art. Makes me smile just looking at them.
