For HYCCT challenge called Keep Connected -- we were to use an image suggesting staying in touch. What else but a phone, right?
Also for Ways to Use it challenge 501 -- which involved denim. I sanded the dark blue paper to give it a little wear, like a good pair of jeans, and of course the gal in the image is wearing her fave pair of oft-washed jeans.
This is also sketch 510, my second go at it. The basic sketch here is kind of my basic "fallback" sketch when I'm searching for ideas. I used a line of snaps as the embellishment (snaps -- stay connected, get it?) I used to say I had a lifetime stock of snaps and eyelets, but at the rate I'm going through them, it's about five lifetimes, so I was glad to think of them.
ETA: After posting, I realized her light orange sweater isn't very visible. No X-rated image here, I added a little orange flocking, and it looks good.

Love the sanded panel and snaps that go with your fun image. I do love to catch up and keep connected via phone calls! Thanks for playing along in my challenge.

I noticed the sanded panel right away...great way to mimic worn denim!
