I wanted the card to look like a rustic journal. I punched holes down the left hand side that allowed me to make a cross stitched binding with twine. I actually double embossed by making the inlaid frame in the center as a place for the little Hope. Pretty simple.

You totally achieved a rustic look with the wood grain embossing in brown and the twine binding! Looks like it took a bit of time to stitch that up! I love the way the HOPE is framed in the center, it looks like a journal!
