I made two of these, one for HYCCT and one to send to my cousin who was just diagnosed with MS. Her family owns a chocolate shop so I thought this would be very fitting. Inside is a sentiment about being strengthened in the love of those closest to us. I distressed the "book" pages for something different.

MS, what a horrible diagnosis to receive. I love the book layout you've used and the sweet flower. Alas, the nibbled-heart chocolate just brings back memories of my dad deciding it would be a good idea to leave some food out for the mouse in his house - which rapidly became mice.
