For HYCCT1404 Holding it Together challenge. This sweet little puppy warms my heart. She's colored with water color pencils and blended with Gamsol. Added a touch of micron pen work with a dab of white acrylic paint for the catch light in her eyes. Added a tiny bow to dress her up.
All pieces are sewn on even the bow and hinge which holds the tag with a brad. Sentiment was stamped in Close to Cocoa then heat embossed with clear powder to avoid smudging.

Aw, what a sweet take on the challenge! I love, love, love that hinge. I never can make elements like that work, but you did a great job! Awesome stitching and coloring! So glad you're playing along!

Aw, so sweet! Your little pup looks adorable with her little pink bow, and her soft fuzzy tummy just asking to be tickled. I have to smile, because goodness knows why but the stitching made me think of the Andrex toilet paper ads, which I don't even know if you have over there. The little metal hinge holding the sentiment on looks intriguing, I don't think I've seen anything like it before. Thank you so much for playing along and Holding It Together "sew" sweetly.
