I made this girly, "make-over," cheer-up card for Deanna, our Teapotter party recipient this week. She has struggled with cancer for 15 yrs while trying to raise kids and live each day and she is in need of some encouragement. I know we weren't supposed to bring black or dark colors BUT I brought a paper pieced little black dress because every girl needs a little black dress with some metallic trim ... please, can I have some cookies ... heehee!
The inside sentiment reads:
Live Simply, Love Generously, Care Deeply, Speak Kindly, Leave the rest to God
My card is also for Fionna's HYCCT "sister" challenge which is to represent two pinks, two purples and two of something on your card.
Note that I am pretty sure the stamps were made by The Angel Company which closed it's doors a while ago. It's been many yrs since I used it and there is no label or marking on the container or stamps.
Thank you for looking!
