This is for my HYCCT challenge (found here) to use tissue paper on a card. I used the hot card technique - stamp on the tissue paper, sandwich a piece of plastic wrap between your cardstock and the tissue. Put between scrap paper and iron. The plastic wrap melts and acts as the glue to hold the tissue on the card stock.
Both the pink layer and the Hello Love cloud are tissue paper. I used the FMS156 for my sketch inspiration.

Well, I'll be! I've never done this technique but after seeing your creation -- I certainly want to give it a try! What a cool effect and a pretty card!

Ah - this is the technique I've never been able to get to work. I think European wrap must be different, LOL, I've tried several. I love your little cloud!

Debbi this is fantastic. I tried this technique.....the house still smells of burning plastic LOL. Thanks for a fun challenge and for encouraging us to speed our wings.

Love it! Never heard of the hot card technique. The green heart "sprinkles" aka glitter is fantastic.

What a clever technique...something truly new to me. You created a sweet card with a message that even if it is a gray day, there can be love raining down on you.

Good think I'm allergic to ironing! :-) I would probably fuse my iron to the card! Love your bright colours and the imagery of the raining hearts. Your spattery background looks a bit like pink rain clouds and is perfect with your other elements.
