I made this card for the TLC502 challenge to emboss on vellum.
For my card, I embossed the vellum with the Taylored Expressions We Give Thanks stamp....it was stamped with Versamark and embossed with white ep. To add a little dimension, I stamped another cornucopia on the lavender card stock, cut it out, and adhered it to the back of the embossed vellum image. A corner rounder punch was used on the upper left corner of both layers and then the vellum was adhered to Sugar Cube card stock. The sentiment from the same set was also embossed on the lavender card stock and cut out with the TE Label Stacklets 9 die and popped up with foam dots. Sewing was done on the background Basic Grey Indian Summer dp and the twine and enamel dots finish it off. (I didn't have enamel dots in the right colors so I colored some white and orange dots with copics...worked great!!) TFL!!

The lavender really makes your cornucopia come alive under your vellum, Joan. Very pretty; I would not have thought to use that colour. You have helped to stretch my imagination...I'm way too safe and predictable))!!!

Lovely technique, Joan...and the underlay of lavender really makes the embossing stand out. I like how you picked up a color that was in your DP....which is very pretty.
