Today for inspiration, Audrie took us to a wedding/ occasions bakery in the U.K. called Cotton and Crumbs. Beautifully designed and decorated cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I chose this wedding cake as my inspiration.
I stamped and embossed the PTI ginkgo leaves in black. Direct pad to paper, distressed the edges with SU purely pomegranate. Cut my PTI mat stack die and stamped the sentiment in MFT hybrid licorice. Trimmed and adhered with pop dots. Stamped ginkgo leaves on my purely pomegranate card base in the same color. Adhered emb panel to base and added SU ribbon with a bow.
I am also adding my card to the Stamplorations October challenge to stamp and emboss.
Thank you for looking!

Thanks for sharing this beautiful creation! I love that you used the pomegranate - it's such a vibrant color. And with the black to sharpen it up, it's stunning! I also like the color-on-color look of your back panel. Great card!

Wow! This is great. Your color combo is, of course wonderful, and I love that you stamped the same leaves on the bg as the main panel, but did them the color of the CS. Very nice.
