Gather various embellishments such as buttons and flair buttons, pins, brads, charms, metal findings (raid your hubby's garage for some interesting finds like washers, nails, screws, small gears etc), wood veneer, chipboard, 3d stickers, clips, bling, paper flowers, ribbon and trims and anything else you can think of that creates dimension, texture and interest! This is a great way to use up some of your neglected embellishments and clear out your stash. Glued all embellishments with E6000 and Mod Podge for the softer elements like trims and ribbon. I also added texture paste and a brick wall stencil to create that look in the center. Spray entire canvas with good coat of White Gesso spray and let dry. Begin coloring sections with Gelatos and water (the water turns it into a watercolor consistency that moves around) and color how you want it getting the color into the cracks and crevices. Add mini sticker sentiments or a sentiment that you like or leave as is!
