There is no way on God's green earth that I can make a card to be anywhere near what Kittie makes! I started out using this card. Well, does this look anything like that???? Not to me! My tree has orange and shiny gold dp behind but they show black on the scan. tfl

Thanks for the laugh in your description, Rita! I love your case of her card! I am sitting here in amazement at all those bitty leaves you added to that tree! What fun, Halloween stamps you used too. This is just a great combination of images and what a wonderful, painted sky!

Rita we need to talk ..........I think it best if you come here so I can tell you in person....this is FANTASTIC. I saw it in the gallery and my immediate thought was that Kittie is making Halloween cards. I think this is brilliant my friend. A fav for sure.

Rita, This is WONDEFUL! I don't make Halloeween cards but I sure have an appreciation for those who do! I love the iron rail fence, kittly, bats and especially the ghost in the tree. It is so frustrating to not be able to pick up gold, and I imagine IRL that the orange/gold flecked leaves looks awesome! Have you tried putting your card outside and taking a picture in the natural light? Oh, but then I guess you would have to get it from your camera to something you can upload to Splitcoast which is why you probably do the scanning. If I can help at all let me know! This card ROCKS! Love it!
Rita, come on! This is precious. I know the frustration of not having the camera capture the real colors of a project. It happens to me all the time. I love your tree and especially those spooky looking bats. The iron fence with the open gate is perfect and of course....I love the kitty. Thank you so much for playing in the challenge. I really appreciate it.
