For today's FS Hostess Good-bye to Bridget. Wow, where do I start? Bridget, you have inspired me over the years more than you'll ever know! Before you even knew I existed, I adored your works from afar, one day hoping I would receive a comment from you. You have been my cheerleader when I needed one most! You are near and dear to my heart, and always will be.
I started looking at your last page, but when I got to the next page and found this card: Feel Better Flowers by bfinlay at Splitcoaststampers there was no need to look further. You made a comment once of how you just love it when I use this stamp set. So, Bridget, this one's for you, made in your honor! And the best part: this is one of the scriptures you sent to me!
On to the card. The green & yellow flowers are dp while the burgundy was stamped in aida cloth, each one fussy cut and popped up with a burgundy button in the center. Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

Lovely card with your "tweedy" flowers, Roberta. I recognize your Bible quote as one that a SCer uses as her byline. The little flourishes add so much. A lovely card to honor Bridget.

Now that is an original idea, Roberta....I didn't know what Aida Cloth was and I had to look it up. I love the way your flower turned out.....all your flowers are pretty and the flourishes are 'just right'.....lovely card!!

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?

Roberta, this is gorgeous! How I love those colors and the button centers on these! The patterns you chose for these are fantastic! The bold contrast caught my eye in the gallery! Beautiful card and beautiful tribute to Bridget!

Awwww, Roberta, my friend, I'm so happy to see your beautiful face and
your beautiful creation here - it's a work of heart, we both share a love of Scripture so you know how much this means - and your popped up tweed look flowers are so pretty with the little button centers. Thanks so much for your kind words, your friendship and for your CASE today, Roberta, sending you a big hug across the Atlantic! xx
