I completed my IC card after dark last night. I didn't photo it because I just don't have the right light. So this morning I tried an experiment. I used my tablet for a photo op & uploaded. It worked ok but I don't the editing advantage that I do with Picasa. It's cloudy & breezy today & I keep missing the sun! It is what it is......
For the IC we were to be inspired by Kittie's blog, KIttieKraft. She has SO many fabulous tutorial & photos on her blog, but I chose to to be inspired by her Punch Around the Page tutorial, here. You may know how to use these punches, but they've always been a mystery to me. I found paper sizes but never actually a 'how to'. I've looked at this on her blog for ages & STILL did not try until yesterday!! Her detailed tutorial is fantastic & so easy to follow & I have 4 sets of Martha's PATP sets!! I punched without having a plan for a design. I finally decided to use these tulips, then I didn't know how I would mount them. (light bulb) how about the tulip ef? Nope, the framing was wrong. Even though this Darice ef is a little off I think it worked nicely.
Well, thanks for letting me ramble on & on. Thanks so much Kittie for your awesome instructional tutorial. I FINALLY know how to use these MS punches!!!! Easy to do once I got over my 'fear', but I gave it a 2 for my first time!!
Thanks for stopping by.

Aren't Kittie's tutorials fabulous? I messed up the PAP punches more than once myself! Yours is perfect, so you obviously learned well! I love the stamped image - soft, pretty colors, and a great job with the two-step stamping!

I am so glad the PATP tutorial was a help to you. Your tulips look so pretty on the decorative layer and I really love the embossed background you used. Thanks so much for playing in the challenge. I really appreciate it.
