| | I love all the color choices that we have in our inspiration site this week. For this card I chose this palette (minus a couple colors): https://www.etsy.com/listing/1868299...home_active_11
Die cut the hat w/ a combo of pp and glitter cs ( used a flower punch for the pom pom rather than the die from the set), die cut the happy from black, and the star borders from glitter cs also. Assembled with strips of pp across the top layered with the star borders. Hat is popped up.
