This is for the September Fan Club challenge. It's like being a 'Dirty Girl' only.. without the pressure! I chose this gorgeous card made by Loll Thompson ***CT1013 Loll's Favorite*** by Loll Thompson at Splitcoaststampers . A few things have changed but hopefully the essence is still there. I masked a moon then sponged Faded Jeans and Concord from Mr Holtz on the background. The frame is from Mariannes Designs and then I popped it all up with dimensionals. After punching a bazillion branches (courtesy of my dear friend Martha) and after forming them into a sort of tree I smothered it all with about 10 lbs. of glitter! Not quite as elegant as Loll's gorgeous creation but you get the idea.

I had to chuckle when I read the description of your beautiful card! I've punched quite a few of those branches from your dear friend Martha myself!!! You made a gorgeous tree out of them. And the sponged sky (with the bit of purple in there) is glorious. ( I'll have to remember that purple trick!)

Gorgeous, Sue! You should have put out an enabler alert , cuz this oval die is on my wish list! Anyhow, so very beautiful, I almost feel the cold, crisp air!
I'd be adding this to the Sept. 14 favorites thread, but I'll be gone for most of next week, but it belongs there!

Lovely, elegant card Sue! The framing, bkgrd, moon ... and your "branch tree" is nice. I love my M.S. branch punch and have used it a lot. I sure hope it never breaks or if it does, I can find a new one. There just isn't one quite like it, is there? TFS!

Mmmm, so pretty! Cutting all those branches was definitely worth the effort, and the glitter really helps to highlight your tree. I have to remember the "mask the moon" trick for the future. TYFS!
