I have had this little stencil forever. It was a freebie from somewhere. I sponged it in blushing bride onto the pool party CS so it came out a little darker. I sponged the leaves in old olive (dessert) and then i shaded the rose center and base of the leaves in cajun craze. I decided to scallop the paper with the rose and put in a piece of the basics dsp in cajun craze. I tied a few wraps of the tiny organdy ribbon around the edge and added three little pink gems to the top of the card (which are not showing up very well in the picture).

Your shading of the colors on your stenciled rose is amazing! The scalloped edge echoes the curves of the rose, which balances that layer so perfectly. I noticed the three gems right away, too. Great use of this week's colors.
