Fun birthday card for my stash, using two challenges; TLC498 and SC504. For the technique lovers challenge, wrap it up, I wrapped drywall tape around an acrylic block and inked with regular stamp pads. I thought it would give me more of a grid pattern rather than the straight lines. To achieve the grid, I stamped in two different directions. This challenge really helped me get going on the sketch challenge. Once I decided to use the picture wheel as the circle element, I got the idea of using MFT Little Shutterbug stamp and doing a different color for 4 of the blocks, then coloring in the last one. I was really stuck on what patterned paper to use on the background. Voila, I made my own!!
