I haven't made a card for a while, but I finally got back into my craft room. I made this for the sketch and ways to use challenges. I loved the idea of using scrap for this sketch. This is the last of some very loved striped dp! :'( Oh well, time to find another beloved dp! I also sponged some bravo burghundy, choco. chip, and close to cocoa over my wood grain paper. The rooster was colored with prisma water color pencils.

I'm sorry you had a headache, I hope you're over it now. I love your rooster - although a rooster beside a basket of eggs made me smile ;-). His colours are perfect to go with your rich autumn leaves and the beautiful striped DP.
That's a stamped doily! It's beautiful - so is your looped ribbon treatment.

Geni, you took what I considered to be a difficult sketch and made the most charming card with your colorful rooster and egg basket the focal point. The fall leaves and lace doily are wonderful additions to this country feeling card.

Love this gorgeous rooster and leaf themed card. Pretty color combo, and great coloring. Your leaves are perfect, and I love the doily and ribbon accents... And,... I'm sure you have found another faved dp by now, to make another beautiful card with. Love this ,its a fave. tfs.
