Yeah--made it here finally! On off orange card base lay dp paper, made 2 banners, putting on top of each other, computer generated the verse. Cut out with fancy scissors and put on yellow then the brown and popped up. Made 2 like dress shapes to lay down gingham down on, then hand cut and pieced the top of dress--ran thru dot eb folder, then made the 3 pieces for bottom of dresses and layered them and added bows around the waist. Our girls are now ready for the best hoe down dance ever and dressed for it. tfl

Beautiful dresses - we are all ready to dance the night away now. I remember one of my school friends had a barn dance for her 21st - I could have done with an outfit like this. The paisley pattern in your DP picks up perfectly on the country feel.

Donnajeanne, this is so CUTE!!! It really is a GREAT take on those fancy square dancing dresses! We did square dancing in elementary school, I always thought it was fun! Fantastic card, perfect for this week's Harvest Hoe Down!!!
