Sabrina's technique challenge was to try an interlocking gate-fold card. She has a good tutorial here: TLC496 ~ {Inter}Lock The Gate ~ {08/25/2014} by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers.
I'm not sure why I decided to go with a Halloween theme, as I don't have a lot of Halloween supplies to choose from, but by the time I'd white-embossed that cat 3 times to get it clean and on heavy enough paper, I was committed. However, the only nestie I had that would fit was the very largest of my label set, so to make the frame, I cut a square, centered the label nestie in it and cut the opening, then rounded the corners on the square.

I'm sorry you had so much trouble, Sandy - but I hope you feel that your card was worth it. I certainly do, and I am very impressed with all your rounded corners! And that cute Halloween cat image.
I hope you'll try again choosing an image that will fit in the smaller of two nesting dies, and that you well then find it much easier ;-). But I hear you, once you've spent ages getting an image to stamp just right, you're bound to use it come hell or high water.
