This is my card for this week's CC493. Becky is our hostess and she chose the trio of old olive, calypso coral and lost lagoon.
Our dessert option this week is to recycle. I used a shampoo box that had shades of olive green on it.
I used the SU stamp set 'language of friendship". My flowers are stamped in lost lagoon and fussy cut. I layered each flower several times for added dimension.
The leaves are die cut with a Verve die. This is where I used the shampoo box. I also used the recycled box to cut my "thanks" word with a Taylored Expressions die.
My bg paper is from the Stampin-Up collections -"I am me" and Epic day this and that". The coral ribbon is also from Stampin-Up.
My butterfly is cut with a die from Elizabeth Crafts. The center circles are cut with a Spellbinders scallop circle and an MFT die.
That's my card for this week. Hope you can play along. You may be the next fave of the week and have your card featured on our Pinterest board. See board here.

Such a clever idea to use a shampoo box, Mary! My brain went in a whole different direction for "recycled'! Love all of the Calypso Coral you used on your card. That polka dot paper is great!

What a pretty card! I love the placement of all the elements, and the way you've combined DS papers. The green from the shampoo box is so clever and fun!
