The way to make the wreath is another OCC technique - it's easier than it looks. After stamping the wreath, with an exacto knife, cut "slices of pie" in the center of the wreath, cut that pie out loosely, and that lets you go in for the details. The rest is pretty straight forward (Stamp the wreath on an outlined circular pencil line.) Oh, and I added gems to the flowers and Wink of Stella to the die cut words and it makes an amazing difference - so sparkly! Linking to F4A235 (1 or 2 words) and

You make fussy cutting that wreath sound so easy but I bet it's harder than it looks! The results are pretty fabulous. I love the way you used the colors to create such detail. Thanks for joining us at colourQ!
