This was the perfect challenge for me today. You see, I just received some Brusho Crystal Colours I ordered and needed an excuse to try them.
I really don't know the proper way to use them. I saw a brief video where they sprinkle some of the powder on cs then spritzed water over top. Sounds like the challenge today don't it! hehe
I used a panel of white cs that I had spread left over pink paint on. After trying to remove the lids on my new product, I ended up punching a tiny hole on the top of the lemon, scarlet and orange container then sprinkling some of each over the pink painted panel. Lightly spritzed with water and rotated the panel to let the colors run.
Used my new stamps for the flowers and sentiment coloring them with acrylic paints. Splattered white paint over top, doodling with the black and white molotow pens. I also traced around the flowers with a clear gel pen to add sparkle.
For some reason I add this checkered duct tape on my table so I used a strip. Then I put my panel on a black card noticing the left over strips from cutting it down to size so I put three on the corner. Done.
Well, another fun day on SCS! Hope you like what I did.......TFL :0)

Hi, Cathy..........your card for today is GREAT! Love how you did the bg and the colors that you used.....makes a great bg for your silhouetted flowers and sentiment "sign". The touch of black/white "tiling" is a signature addition. ; )

I just had to sit and study this for a while, Cathy, because there was so much I had to take in - so intrigued by how you got the stems to look so dimensional - the way you built up some depth with the spritz and colour - fab images, it all has a really artsy look! You really nailed this challenge!

I too was drawn to the colors in combination with your floral image. I need to check out this product that is unknown to me and find a tutorial on it. You've created such beauty here, love it!

Who needs to know the proper way to use a product when you can experiment and end up with results like this! Stunning, Cathy! The color just pops off the gallery page! Of course the black just makes every color look better, IMHO! Love your little extra touches!
