I created the background by squiggling on some distress inks to a stamping block, misted it and then stamped onto a piece of mixed media paper. After it was dry I stencilled on some stars with modelling paste and sprinkled glitter on them.
This is for the CAS286 - Stencilling
and also Paper Players 209 - CAS children's birthday. What child doesn't like rainbows and stars!

Well I love rainbows and stars too! ...and I certainly love your happy-making card! Your rainbow coloured background really lifts the spirits and makes a great birthday card.
