This probably looks like quite a mess, but it was a fun mess. I used the Stampin' Up! Decorative Mask stripes to stamp and sponge on this background. Stamped the Good Greetings phrases first, then shifted the stencil and stamped and sponged between the lines. Turned the stencil the other way and crossed some of the lines with Old Olive sponging. Added the big dots and some splatter. My favorite finishing touch is the diagonal stitched ribbon.
