hi there,
Today, we are being inspired by the Design Seed site and I chose this Underwater Brushstocks palette as my inspiration: http://blog.design-seeds.com/2014/07...rushstrokes-2/
I watercoloured the bkg with Distress inks then when dry, I stenciled various sizes of circles over the watercolour bkg using white Color Box pigment ink. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment and added the sequins.
Thanks for looking,

Beautiful, Karen......and "Hi" gallery neighbor. Love how your technique of stamping with white over the watercolor bg looks....a subtle bokeh effect. A lovely font for your greeting and a few sparkling sequins and you have a gorgeous card! (A wonderful week-end to you too, mf.)

It certainly feels like I am underwater - very clever Karen! Glorious colours too, with perfect gem placement!
I cant find the print off sheet you kindly mentioned ... the flowers are not available now so perhaps they have removed the crib sheet too ... sad face ....
