This card started with this adorable one One in a Melon by MattsGirl at Splitcoaststampers by the feature stamper (FS392) MattsGirl (one of three of her cards I had in my favorites). I was already thinking about using my favorite SU set Tart & Tangy and the Pure Innocence girl as a strawberry. The CAS285 challenge of the watermelon colors was perfect!! (I hope it is still CAS) I kept the sponged stripe and masked the berries, but did not add an extra stamp in the bg. Instead of the sentiment I stamped the PI girl. I left off the twine and plaid layer, then added the thanks medallion. The strawberries were colored directly on the stamp with the Poppy Parade & Lucky Limeade markers and then stamped. These will be for my girls to use for their birthday thank you notes.

Great CASE! Yes, you and my DGD chose the same card! It's a great layout to work with. I love how you masked the strawberries on the sponged strip...Awesome!
