Amber is our new hostess over at CCEE Stampers now that it's a new month. For her first challenge, she says it's her county fair, so we are to make a card showing something that might be found at the fair, with bonus points for including green as the colour of 4-H.
For my quilt, I misted some card with homemade misters and stamped with Linen. I stamped the plain squares on this. For the sunflower squares, I coloured them with pencils and Sakura glaze which both acted as a resist when I sponged them with green. Scalloped layer is sponged with Tea Dye and embossed with SU's Square Lattice ef. I embossed a base with Brick Wall, strung a twine line across and pegged my quilt on. For extra fairground fun I added a chicken.

I love this quilt you've created on your card--beautiful!!! And it looks so real too--well-done!!! Love that pin border around the quilt. And the grass too--all to look like it's a quilt you've hung on the clothes-line outside. Inspired!!! As usual, a wonderful card!!! :)
