I went with a nautical theme for this weekÂ’s ODBD sketch challenge using the new Anchor the Soul set with some new DP from Authentique that I purchased a few weeks ago for some masculine cards. (Many of you know how much I struggle with guy cards!) I randomly stamped the anchor from the set on the background paper for more interest and used it for a little tag.
Accessories: Circle and Oval dies (Spellbinders), Riding Hood Red grosgrain ribbon (SU), linen twine (PTI), Perfect Layers, piercing tool, 3M dimensional tape, red tape

Well, Cheryl, I know that you are not alone in the struggles with guy cards but you certainly have mastered them. I have seen you come up with very classy cards for them and always with your attention to detail. The colors are perfect for the nautical theme. Love that little anchor tag attached with twine.

Cheryl, no one would ever guess that masculin cards are difficult...this card rocks. It caught my eye right away because the design and execution are so well done. I love the anchor stamped on the bkg paper. Fantastic card.
