I mixed gold paint with gloss gel and spread it over the mesh stencil.
The bottom layer of the butterfly is cut from a piece of watercolor paper I had used to soak up some leftover ink on my craft sheet (yellow, orange and red).
I die-cut the top layer of the butterfly from gold foil paper and also used the same paper for the sentiment (stamped with Staz-on).
If you look closely, you'll see some gold threads gathered underneath the butterfly.

Oh Loll! This is goldelicious! It is so pretty...Your background ROCKS...what a cool look you have achieved here. LOVE the tiny gold thread which adds just the right touch of elegance. I really like the way you did your sentiment and it has such a pretty font! FAVED and pinned for sure....
