I made this for today's CAS challenge to use ribbon scraps. I wasn't sure what I was going to do until I looked at my scrap and then it was as clear as a crystal ball.
I stamped my image and colored with Su! markers. After scoring the inside of the frame I colored with a little tempt. turquoise along the bottom. I chalked the sky. I pleated the ribbon and added it as waves. Then I embossed the clouds and fussy cut them out and added them to my little scene. Finally I added my little sail boat and some stickles on the ribbon for sea foam. I added my layers and -- TA-DA! it was done. I had lots of fun with this challenge.
Thanks for looking!
