Today's CAS challenge was to use a scrap of ribbon. I took it further and used scraps of everything. Most of it was already on my desk. LOL Gives you an idea of what my desk looks like. I made the balloon then added the twine. Wish I would have thought of attachingthe words before I glued the twine.....Next time I'll put a hole in the flag and string it onto the twine. Fun challenge. I may continue with it depending what is still on my desk! LOL

What a cute scrappy balloon card. How clever to use a heart shape punch for the bottom of the balloon, it looks good and provides a nice notch to tie your string. The gingham dsp makes for a spiffy background. TFS this cheery birthday card!
