If you think this looks a bit foggy, it is not the photo or your computer. It is because I was a bit heavy handed with my aquabrush, too much water was coming out. It actually looks better than this in real life, besides I didnÂ’t have the heart for Harold and Essie to end up in the rubbish bin!!
Harold, Essie and their little dog Brutus, started out life as Art Impressions acrylic stamps. Everything (except their skin) has been coloured with Distress Inks using sponges and aqua pens. A little bit of white paint was used for clouds. I also used a white Sharpie paint pen and a few coloured pencils for the grass.
Thank you for looking and I hope you get dirty and join in the fun!!
Edit: I stamped Harold and Essie directly on the card stock, then made a mask using the coloured acetate packaging (just be brave and cut all the characters out). I forgot about little Brutus so he was stamped on a scrap of card stock, coloured, then fussy cut and adhered in between Harold and Essie.

Susie, I laughed so hard when I saw this card. I immediately handed my laptop off to my husband so he could take a look. First off, you don't get to be on one of your famous cards without some sort of cut/scar, hairy legs (both male and female), a dark mole, or a knitted jumper in the middle of summer! *hahahahaha* This is a most delightful card and I'm giving you two thumbs up! Love ya Susie and the card too!

I think it's time for Harold and Essie to get out of the sun - looks like they're getting burned! Brutus is adorable and obviously expects some sort of treat. Such a cute card - must have been fun to color.
