I finally used a stencil! Yay! This week’s ODBD Shining the Light challenge is to use stencils or to sponge. I colored up my Iris, sponged and pierced it, added my sentiment using the fish-tail pennant from the new Pennants dies, and then used a stencil for my background. Kept it simple by adding some dyed seam binding and pearls. Hope you like it!

Oh my gosh sis this is absolutely beautiful. Your stencil looks amazing and really shows off the beautiful Iris. Great how you coloured the seam binding....do I detect some ironing might have happened? Love it all sweet Cheryl. X
