For this week's beach CAS and scoring technique challenges. I used the middle element of the medallion die set to cut the "eyelet" pattern, then used the largest element to emboss a frame around the cuts. After stamping the main image and the sentiment, I scored a border and a wainscot pattern. I cut a square out of the gold panel and layered it behind the white, so that the blue card base would show through, and popped it up...

Brenda, I am speechless. This is so beautiful. Your die cut use is amazing and your color choice is perfect. I love how the blue shows through. Great choice of image and a terrific job coloring it. I pinned it (idiot proof) and saved it to my favs so hopefully I will get it right this week, thanks to everyone's help.

Very nicely done! I'm glad you chose to have the blue base show through your medallion rather than the gold. It makes a better "frame" for your beach scene. Lovely card!
