The challenge for Friday Free for All was Bright and Beautiful. I stamped the image with pigment ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. Then I used Liquid Masking fluid (medium #1) to cover the seashorse and spatter some droplets. I then did the blue background was done by inking up an acrylic block with salty ocean, misting it with water, and then stamping it down in a couple different directions. I rubbed the masking fluid off and then watercolored the seahorse using the orange and red distress inks. The "patches" from the Mix-Ability Challenge were leftover from another card I did for that challenge. I stamped my sentiment on another piece of "patch" and then added candy dots. Mediums: Embossing powder, ink, and masking fluid.

Jean this is so lovely. The colors work really well together, and it's a beautiful twist on patchwork to use another image. Very nice! Thanks so much for playing my Mix-Ability challenge!
