I spent today in oncology with my mom. The nurses were all very nice. I wonder if people really realize how much a little kindness means. It can mean a huge difference and what a better place this world would be if more people tried to express it. Quite often it doesn't even mean spending a whole lot of extra time. I think most of the people on this web site get that. Thanks for letting me express my feelings.

I would give anything to hug you right now!! Consider this a hug across the miles. It's hard being in your mom's position, but it's also incredibly difficult being in yours! Take solace and peace where you can...your mom will love you for doing that, because it helps YOU! Know we're here with you in spirit. As to your card, it's genuinely breathtaking!! <hugs>

You KNOW I totally agree. How weird is it that we're neighbors in the gallery! Such a lovely card and I am sure you were able to spread some of your sweetness on the oncology ward. Love your take on the challenge.
