It feels like an age since I've stamped, given that I made my sample for the WT this week before going on holidays.
This is for today's IC - this PENNANT was my inspiration. I loved the blue on kraft.
I hope (since kraft is a neutral!) that it also counts for the current Red, White and Blue challenge over at ODBD, and with my heat and dry embossing, plus Stickles and lace, it should have enough textures to qualify for this week's Tantalizing TextureWTUI challenge.
Base was embossed, then added some gel pen dots.
Image panel - stamped verse and embossed with clear EP. Stamped flowers and added some white gel pen to fill the petals, plus red Stickles in the centres. Added lace and popped it up on foam.

Wow, Sabrina, your card for the IC this week is absolutely perfect! And of course it qualifies for the ODBD Shining the Light challenge this week! Kraft is always a neutral!! LOL! I love how you've embossed the base and added the layer with that great Scripture verse and added the flowers with the lace! A beautiful card, sweet friend! So glad you've joined us this week! Hugs!

This is so pretty. I too like the blue on the Craft c/s. The white flowers with the red centers are perfect and I really like the dots you added. Lovely card Sabrina.
