Happy Weekend! Thank you Jeanne for two fun challenges! I used various acrylic paints to make the sea shore background. Someone (Please it if was you...let me know!) sent me this gorgeous vine filled frame. I colored with Copic markers and added distress inks sponged along the sides.
I am trying not to sound bitter, but I hate my new photo editor! Sheesh, I can't seem to get the colors true.
Thank you to whomever sent me the beautiful die cut frame

I wish I had this beautiful frame to give to you, but that's not the case. You've always done beach scenes so well, Kathleen, maybe that's the sailor coming out! This is so cute.....I feel like it's a postcard from Hawaii! Love it~

WooHoo Miss Kathleen Lammie from Alabama this looks wonderful. If you hadn't mentioned the photo editor I would never have known the colours were right. The frame is beautiful, maybe it is from Robin or Peggy - they both use beautiful frames. Thinking of you my sweet friend.

How pretty! I'm so glad to see you again, Kathleen! I've missed you and wondered how you were doing. I can SOOOO sympathize w/ the photo editing software...that's the main reason I won't let DH get rid of our one windows machine. The Mac photo software drives me up the wall!

Kathleen, what a gorgeous card!!! The frame was a thoughtful gift, it looks like it's a die from Heartfelt Creations, one I've been wanting to purchase at some point.
JasonW1, I THINK it's HCD 731 Decorative Leafy Frame Die from Heartfelt Creations. There are flowers on this die too, but I think Kathleen added dimensional flowers on top of those flowers in the die--GREAT idea, it looks fantastic!!!
I really love the vibrant colors you've used, Kathleen. What die cuts did you use on those flowers? I love the color combination on them, it really makes them a great focal image!!! As always, a really lovely, artistic card.
Thank you too for your kind comments on my card, it meant a lot coming from someone who had previously left a comment on an earlier card, your encouragement means a great deal to me.

This looks like just the place to find bliss! A big glass of lemonade would perfect as we sit outside and look through the floral, vine covered trellis, at the gorgeous blue waters. Beautiful!
