But the back has a face. - Yes, I know. I guess he can't decide if he's coming or going. LOL Basically, I found and extra face on my work table and wanted to use it.
Some of you will recognize, Noah, from the move: The Notebook. I just love that movie. sigh....
In the movie, Noah reads to his sweetheart every day. He loves the poetry of Walt Whitman, so I decided to add the lines of his favorite poem - also seen in the movie if you pay close attention. I've seen this movie several times. One of those movies I could watch over and over again - such a sweet love story. sigh...
"Nothing is ever lost or can be lost...
The body, sluggish, aged, cold -
the embers left from earlier fires,
The light in the eye grown dim,
shall duly flame again."
- Walt Whitman
Special thanks to my dear cousin, Anne, who recently sent me a huge supply of her old postage stamps that she had collected from years ago. I love the fish and colors on this one.
Edited to add: Those curly "chest hairs" are a rub-on that I found in my stash. They fit the space perfectly. I love it when that happens. LOL
Thanks for looking!

This isn't an exorcist merman with his head spinning, is it? ;-) Go for it girl ... your design and detail on the back is awesome and adding his face makes this a reversible merman! Ya! Love your signature 'Moon' tag - so awesome!
