I used the baby wipe ink pad technique because I noticed when I used it last that it created circular shapes in the ink - which I thought would be good for the Bokeh effect. So after laying the wc panel in the ink pad several times until I liked the effect, I dried it and then added circles with white pigment ink (an idea from Teresa Pham on the ABNH blog - thanks Teresa!). Then I embossed a smaller circle stamp in gold, dried again and then sprayed the whole panel with shimmer mist. I LOVE that spray - it adds such a shimmer and the different ink colors blend more and look softer than in the photo. Assembled with a strip of gold shimmer cs (with a fabulous design imprinted in it), gold embossed the sentiment on a flag, popped it up with dimensional tape and then added just a couple gold sequins for the finishing touch.
