this is for todays's colour challenge - pool party, gumball green and tempting turquoise. I used the closest colours I had. Used the masking tape to make my background - soft sky, tempting turquoise and river rock. Stamped the grass with old olive. Stamped on the birds and sentiment. Sprayed with shimmer mist. Matted with black, tule, turquoise, black and dp. Used heat gun to melt the tulle. .

OH Lucky girl, have a great day with your granddaughter, TY for joining us too with this beauty. So soft and peaceful beach scene. Very neat how you did the edges with t the heatgun and melting the tool...cool....well actually hot there...ha-ha groaner....lol....will have to go get the thinking cap on...HUGS

I LOVE THAT "NETTING" LOOK! Would've never thought to melt tulle...which is surprising, considering how destructive I am, naturally. You are da bomb!!!
