I looked at the Technique Challenge to make a stencil and decided I would make a butterfly. I was running out of time so decided to see if I could combine it with the CAS challenge for today. I was overjoyed to see the CAS is to CASE one of hskelly's cards. I knew I would find butterfly cards in her gallery and I sure was not disappointed. I cased this lovely card...
My butterflies were bigger so I had to change the card a bit and I made it my own. I stenciled the butterfly on the left with Memento Bamboo Leaves. Then I put the outside piece that I would usually discard on the card around the stenciled image. The original butterfly that I had cut out I popped up above the stenciled one. I added jewels on the body. I love it!

I really love how you used your negative spacing by sponging in the details on the wings. This is a beautiful card.
