This is one of two cards I made for the MIX 72 challenge "Some Like It Hot!" - to use heat reactive mediums on your project.
Both of my cards use the same stamp, which was colored with Distress markers, misted and stamped. This is the first stamping, stamped on dampened watercolor paper. After it dried, I inked the clean stamp with VersaMark and stamped directly over the original image, using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to position it correctly. I intended to brush the image with Wink of Stella before I stamped the VersaMark, but I forgot, so I added it on top before applying the ep. It doesn't show in the photo, but it actually looks pretty cool. The background was sponged with Distress inks and die cut to size. The SB Fleur-de-Lis die was cut from the Core'dinations paper, sanded to reveal the core color; the image was adhered with foam tape. The white mat was folder embossed with a damask ef; I used Scor-tape to adhere all the layers.
I created a sentiment panel, but in the end I didn't want to cover anything up, because I really like how this turned out!
As always , thanks for looking!

I love both of your cards - they are both beautiful - but I have to admit, I really love the corner die cut you used on this one. Beautifully done watercolors - something I need to try and do soon!
