The idea started for this on Monday when I saw the CAS challenge to two step stamp and saw a card by cjzim using this set. Todays challenge provided the gallery with ways to use twine, rope, string, or chord but no ribbon. While shopping last week, a friend spied some shabby chic style Melissa Frances tags for .15 cents. I picked up a bunch and thats what i pulled the sweet white buttons from.

Michele, this is a lovely card. I like how you stamped your lilac stem with bold lavender colors. The die cut frame for your entire card is lovely and the twine and buttons add a sweet touch.

When I viewed this up close, I said, "Oh!" That means, "How sweet!" Your buttons are adorable, love the twine, perfect sponging, and gorgeous delicate framing! A wonderful card for the happy couple~

This is so pretty and elegant. That bit of twine provides a lovely contrasting texture. You scored a real deal on those buttons, too, they are beauties.
