I needed another graduation card this afternoon for Open House #6 and wanted to CASE a card for this week's queen Nancy stiz2003. I loved this cute card! I used similar colors, but mainly went with Nancy's layout. I taped down my stencil and sponged Pumpkin Pie ink onto the bg piece. I pierced the corner instead of stitching as I was in a time crunch and didn't have time to clear off and ready a sewing area! I didn't use an image for my main panel but stamped my sentiment first then added the arrows. I sponged a bit of ink through dry wall mesh and then put my cap sticker in place. I tilted my black panel and used a clip in the corner as Nancy had. Instead of twine and button, I used my ticket with the graduation year accenting with the school color ribbons stapled in place. Congrats to our queen who is a great part of our stamping community with her personal and encouraging comments (not to mention her beautiful gallery!)

And this is a quick card? It's fabulous! I love the backgrounds on your panels and this is a style I'd like to do more of! Awesome graduation card and thanks so much for casing my card!
