This card started out as a hot mess and was about to go to Card Heaven, when I decided to use it as a practicing ground for a DIFFERENT card. I wanted to see how the script stamp looked behind the butterfly, and since this was going in the trash anyway I just began layering away with abandon. Eventually I really started to like it, especially once I added the drop shadow around the butterfly with markers. I decided to give it a second chance and now I am so glad I did! If you're wondering about the splotches of "pink" on the background, that was from dripping water onto the Tea Dye distress ink after it had dried and then sopping up the extra with a paper towel. It turned light pink on its own, which I thought was kind of cool. TFL!
