Tube is made with framelits circles and sponged.
Legs are word window punch.
Body is tab punch and ribbon--teeny weeny pink polka dot to be specific.
Arms--I don't have the corner angle punch, so I used the curly label punch and altered it with freehand scissors.
Scalloped punch is used for hair, bangs and sunglasses. (1 3/4")
Face is 1 1/4" circle punch.

Wow, wow, wow is this ever creative. Even with your detailed instructions I doubt I could get it to look like a person. The bling looks adorable...esp in the belly button.

Oh, so much fun! She's definitely enjoying the summer sunshine. I love the paper you used for the tube. I tried one of these last year, I think yours turned out much better!! I love your wavy water .
